More Tigers Noise...Beltre...Drew...Beltran

Peter Gammons reported this morning that the Tigers are one of four teams chasing Carlos Beltran. Carlos Beltran, a free agent Center Fielder, made the most noise during his playoff run with the Houston Astros. Among other teams trying to land Beltran are the Yankees, Astros, and Angels.

Gammons also said that the Tigers might be able to land third baseman Adrian Beltre, and right fielder J.D. Drew in a "package" signing, according to their agent Scott Boras.

The winter meetings start December 10, should be interesting.
