No Contest, Your Honor

Charlie Haddad, the fan who was punched to the ground by Jermaine O'Neal in the November 19 brawl, has pleaded no contest. Haddad, 21, was charged wtih violating a local ordinance that prohibits fans from entering the court.

The punishment for such an offense is $500 fine or 90 days in jail. Alvin Shackelford was also present, and a jury trial in his case was set for February 11. He faces the same charges.
